This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which KOSO Inc.(“KOSO”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our mobile applications (“Apps”). This privacy policy applies to the Apps, and all products and services offered by KOSO.

KOSO products used
If you register your products for warranty or request customer support service from Apps, we will collect Personal Information to enable us to provide customer support services to you, including your name, email address, and other information as applicable. We may also collect other information about KOSO products you own or Apps you use, such as the serial numbers, date of purchase, order details, and information related to a support or service issue, some of which might include Personal Information.
Vehicle onboard data
If the KOSO product, is authorized to connect to App, the external product will transfers data from your vehicle’s onboard computer, we may collect that data for display or analysis to provide you future services.
Usage and log information
We collect information about your activity on our Products, such as service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about how you use our Products, your settings, which features you use, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. We use this usage information to constantly improve our Products and to provide customer support.

We don’t provide any thirty-party advertising in Apps. We recommend the latest KOSO products information to users according to his interest and own products.
KOSO Apps may also provide, distribute or disclose your Personal Information to third parties where KOSO reasonably believes that it is required to do so to conform to legal requirements, to protect and defend the rights or property of KOSO, to enforce this Privacy Policy or to protect the interests of its users or customers.
